# KolayMeeting

> KolayMeeting'in AI asistanı katılımcılara e-posta, WhatsApp ve rezervasyon sayfanızdan yanıt verir; gerektiğinde toplantıyı takviminize göre erteler ya da iptal eder.

KolayMeeting is built by Talya Smart, Inc. The scheduling core is MIT-licensed and can be self-hosted; the AI assistant answers attendees over email, WhatsApp and the booking page, and reschedules or cancels only after explicit confirmation.

## Assistant guardrails

- Aksiyon kesme noktası: 60 dakika — Toplantıya az kalmışsa erteleme/iptal yapılmaz, organizatöre eskale edilir.
- Onay ömrü: 30 dakika — Eski bir “evet” yeni bir aksiyona sayılmaz.
- Mesaj hızı: 20 / saat — Konuşma başına sınır; döngü ve kötüye kullanım engellenir.
- Onay adımı: 2 adım — Her erteleme ve iptal önce açık onay ister.
