KolayMeeting is built by Talya Smart, Inc. We build booking infrastructure on an open-source core, and put an assistant on top of it that actually corresponds with attendees.

Approach
The scheduling core is MIT-licensed. We do not want to create a dependency you cannot exit: you can leave the cloud and move to your own server.
Limits
The assistant acts on your behalf, but the guardrails are written into the code. We list exactly what it can do on the product page.

Software that does not invent
Every slot the assistant states is backed by a tool call. When unsure it stays quiet and hands over to you.
Automation you can switch off
Auto-reply, reschedule, cancel and channels each turn off on their own. The defaults are cautious, not bold.
You own the data
On self-host, booking and conversation records stay in your PostgreSQL.
